    with Registered Dietitian

    Maggie Perkins, MS, RD, LDN

  • Hey, I'm Maggie

I am a registered dietitian that provides nutrition counseling and education to adults and children in North Carolina.

I use intuitive eating to assist clients with ending the diet cycle, reducing food guilt, improving nutrient variety, and managing high cholesterol and/or blood pressure. I work with families to make mealtimes more enjoyable with a specialization in picky eating and baby-led weaning. I am here to work with you on any questions about child feeding.

I love working with families to dismantle diet culture so that the next generation knows their bodies are good and food is a necessary and enjoyable part of self-care. It is a honor to have the opportunity to work with you and your family to find food freedom.
